Why this piece is awesome: I love the messy, almost explosive, energy of this work. The way his hunched-shouldered forward movement is on the brink of breaking him out of the frame. How the lines of his cloak and the swirls of colours around him, are all accentuating this movement. Such a wonderfully expressive work.

Why this piece is awesome: This is a set of working drawings and completed colored art, including the palette used. I like the WIP aspect of the drawings and palette as well as the finished art, and Zoronoa's captured Roque's expression, build and 'take no prisoners' attitude to a T. (It's a big image, you'll probably need to scroll sideways to see it all).
