Why this piece is awesome: First, both Rose and Scorpius resemble their parents but it’s also obvious that they are the Next Gen. And Lizard’s drawing skills are amazing. They’re having oral sex while partially clothed in a public space at their boarding school! Can you feel the heat? The coloring, the anatomy, the positions, the tension….
But it’s not actually the BJ that makes this art so exceptional to me. Really! (Not that it isn’t scorching….) Rather it’s how imaginative this is. And the way it’s so firmly grounded in the Hogwarts universe. The action here is happening in a hallway of the castle, between two of the hourglasses that register each house’s points. I also adore the voyeurs in the scene. The snake and lion, house mascot’s look down on Rose and Scorpius with great interest from their perches on top of the larger than life sized hourglasses!
