Why this piece is awesome: I am always terribly fond of traditional art, and the muted mostly-black & white style is gorgeous. Add to that the intensity of the pose - it really carries across the emotions and passion so beautifully! And, of course, the reason I'm recommending it this month: the absolutely gorgeous alien-ness of Venom *hearteyes* the tentacles! the teeth all over half of them! the two tongues because Venom is an amorphous shapeshifter so why shouldn't it have two tongues if it's convenient! the half-kiss half-eating Eddie's entire head! Gosh, yes, absolutely.
