Why this piece is awesome: Squish squish! :D This piece is adorable and always makes me smile when I see it. I love the image of a tiny puddle of pancake-Venom grabbing onto Eddie's finger with its tongue as he pokes it ("It tickles, Eddie <3<3"). Though nothing of Eddie is visible but his hand, it still somehow *looks* like Tom Hardy's hand? IDK how that works, but either way the artist shows off their mastery of form and shading with just that hand. I also really like the choice of yellow as the background - it's such a bright, cheerful colour and makes for a good visual contrast to Venom while carrying across the mood of the piece. <3 (And the subtle yellow shading on Venom, like the background is reflecting back onto it! Gosh!)
