I first came across the conceptart.org forums/site when I was looking for digital painting tutorials, but though my reaction was mostly "*gulp*, rather out of my league, skill-wise" for applying the tutorials, for just looking at cool digital art it's a great place.

ETA: I hadn't actually browsed his own site much or looked at the graphic novels and other art, but you're right.
