Why this piece is awesome: There are a lot of beautiful SPOILERISH: witch!Sayaka & Kyouko pieces that cover a wide variety of themes - despair, resignation, sacrifice, loss, love. This one says 'screw that' and goes for hope and redemption instead.
Plus it's gorgeous and chock-full of symbolism, with the warm colors surrounding and reaching into the cool, the stained glass angel in the background, and that apple. I love the apple, and Kyouko's small smile, and the amazing fairytale-ness of it all.
