Artists' Summary: the reason it’s called Image Puzzle, is you don’t know the answer
Reason for Rec: Fascinating and intricate. It's like a papercut silhouette in black and white, or a Rackham fantasy, or delicate gothic psychedelia..... Every time I look I find something new, and because the illustration is so surreal I imagine a different story. The eye is caught by the lizards and snakes (and the skeletal butterfly, fantastic), then the figures of man and wolf, the tiny-head strawberries amongst the heart-leaves, and then suddenly you realize that there are genitalia everywhere.... The close-ups reveal so many delicate details.
