Why this piece is awesome: Pearl walking around with a salmon head in episode one of the new season became slightly more notable in hindsight with all the ominous water/ocean imagery appearing soon after. This fanart does a great job with the ominous/creepy imagery, depicting Pearl with a human body and a pixelated Minecraft salmon head, and it manages to make it fit together very well. It might be a mask! It is probably a mask! Probably.
