Why this piece is awesome: Most Avatar fanart tends to be cute, sweet, or quietly beautiful, often with a bit of an Eastern or anime flair. This, though ... This is a street-punk AU version of Zuko and Toph, basically modern-day with maybe just a bit of Mad Max thrown in. It's grungy, stylish, a little more grown up, and basically gorgeous, with attitude to spare and utterly kickass character designs.
