Why this piece is awesome: I love the messy, energetic style of this artist and it's shown up very effectively in this piece. I also really like the way the splashes of bright green and bright red contrast with the thick black linework.

Why this piece is awesome: This is probably my favourite piece because Darcy is smiling. Adaptations and fans alike seem to want to make him a dark, brooding Heathcliff, but in canon he frequently smiles, particularly around Elizabeth. I also love that they look so young. They're supposed to be young! He's 28 and she's 21. They're young, beautiful, clever, and in love. This piece manages to show us that.
