Only Lovers Left Alive by ArtKosh (SFW)
Fandom: Only lovers left alive

Why this piece is awesome: Wow, where to even start. I'm endlessly impressed by watercolours as they're really hard to do well, and this one's gorgeous - luminous colours and depth, amazing detail conveyed with so few brushstrokes, and the light and shading is brilliantly done. The likenesses are excellent as well.
Link: Only Lovers Left Alive (link goes to tumblr - clicking on it takes you to DA post and clicking on the DA post enlarges the art further)
Also see the version with yellow rose petals scattered across it, here.
And finally (man, this one just keeps on giving) here are two WIP images of the painting's creation.
WIP I - initial image
WIP II - later image also with rose petals (less depth and detail in this than the final version)
