Why this piece is awesome: The idea of Carol and Maria sharing a telepathic bond is amazing. Also, seeing the two of them teaming up to pilot a jaeger and fight against giant monsters is just squee-inducing, really. Also-also: I loved the re-interpretation of Carol's CM costume as a PR suit.
