Why this piece is awesome: This is a beautiful visualization of an emotional scene from the novel in which Xie Lian (a fallen god) talks to a formless ghost (his follower), who says they won't ever forget him, but Xie Lian doesn't believe them. Xie Lian's despair is evident from his posture, and the ghost lantern lights and simplified dark background add to the moody atmosphere of this piece.
