Why this piece is awesome: I have been staring at this for a week, and I know I need new glasses, but I can't decide how much of this painting is digital, or if any of it is; it has all these different textures, including the paper grain visible behind the nifty clouds of ink background. I also love the heavy use of black with just a few dabs of color. And Scorpion's hair is great.

I can't tell either, but maybe a watercolor/ink work scanned and then with other details and maybe some textures added digitally? It's very striking.
