Why this piece is awesome: It's a sculpture of Dr. Frank Iero based on akamine_chan's great mad scientist!entry for Wave 1 of bandombigbang. One can only imagine the focus teigh_corvus had while adding Frank's tattoos (including the ones on his knuckles!), his piercings, the added touch of his knees poking out through the holes in his jeans...

A truly lovely piece. :D!

Erm, I try not to be too evil? Besides, I didn't steal it (as I had no idea you were planning to rec it.) >:P

Funnily enough, I almost didn't rec it because I was sure you had done so last month. When a flip through your recs ended up in zilch, I checked the date Aka posted. It turned out being July 2nd (so, really, you just missed it by about 2 days).

I get what you mean, though. As someone whose crack_van turn isn't til January 2013, I've had my moments of grrr when I see someone posting a few of the fics I had on my list. OTOH, just like with this comm, I make a longer-than-the-allowed-number-of-recs list way in advance so I can replace the "lost rec" with something else.

I used to do a possible-recs list for crack_van but I haven't updated it in forever. I should probably do so before it's my turn again (in November I think).
