Why this piece is awesome: This visually connects Tony's arc reactor and his space experience (almost like an overlay) and gets the oscillating ambiguity in that across - the loss of control, free fall, trauma and danger on the one hand, and his own resources and ingenuity on the other. Plus, I just love the focus and the beauty of it, the palette and the swirling colours, how the blue creeps onto the muted red of the suit, the little falling figure in the middle.
I also recommend checking out the rest of the artist's work, there are some really cool paintings and watercolour pieces.
