Why this piece is awesome: I was surprised to see that this piece hadn't been recced here yet, because frigg is a well-known artist in Merlin fandom and I think this is her best piece. As a lot of commenters noted, the saturated colours, black outlining and dreamy quality of this piece make it almost look like an image in stained glass. The image is both beautiful and layered with symbolism that hints at the tangled web of history, Morgana's role in the Arthurian legends and the stark moral choices that she faces. All in all, this is a stunning, unique and powerful piece of art.

Why this piece is awesome: I really had a hard time choosing which of jossub's Sherlock pieces to rec here, since they are all so unique, playful, sly and pretty. I chose 'Come on, Sherlock, relax' because of the expressions on their faces, and the surprsingly effective way the broad splashes of colour worked to make the piece just plain brilliant.

Why this piece is awesome: I'm sorry? I have to justify the awesomeness of this piece? Is it not readily apparent? This is just the cutest thing in the world, from the blue PASIV strings, to Cobb's pointy beard, to Eames' smile, to Arthur's adorable frowny face. I love it to bits.
