Why this piece is awesome: Last time I mentioned the affinity for taking on 'shippy moments; next to Damon and Elena dancing together during 1.19 Miss Mystic Falls, this sexy early promo pic may be the most tackled. I like this interpretation the best of the many I've seen, for the willingness to stretch out the space used and play with the facial expressions in a way that's pretty, despite not being true to the original reference, and the great use of shading values.

Why this piece is awesome: Jenn's colourful drawings were my introduction to TVD fanart, and I was pretty disappointed to discover there aren't really any other fan artists drawing chibis. But that's okay, because these more than make up for the lack. Jenn's talent is taking a line of dialogue from the show or fanfic or actor interviews and creatively turning it into a 2D moment. Here we get Bonnie Bennett with her grimoire, with all her witch-y qualities exaggerated to produce a cute little scene.
