Why this piece is awesome: Ending this month of OITNB with a great drawing of the gorgeous Alex. Love the detail in her hair and tattoo, and the texture of the shirt. An excellent likeness as well (I always comment about that as I'm crap at likenesses!)  Enlarge for all the details.

Why this piece is awesome: Morello's an interesting character, and this is an interesting portrait as it uses only 4 colours on an apricot background. It really captures Morello's 1950s time-warp looks and is very striking. Enlarge to see it properly.

Why this piece is awesome: It's a great round-up of the main cast in a whole series of artworks, most of which can also be seen in larger format on the artist's tumblr link as above. I like all these portraits a lot - they're good likenesses and convey the characters' personalities well. I especially like the one of Big Boo and Lil' Boo. And as a group, the combined artwork's an excellent introduction to OITNB.
