Why this piece is awesome: Rachel starts off as a super villainous villain and quickly becomes one of the most complex and tragic clones. The artist takes something that has particular meaning to Rachel and turns it into a a lovely, stylized externalization of some of the reasons Rachel is as she is.

Why this piece is awesome: Continuing my favorite clone/orphan black character list with Felix. The artist has a cartoony portrait style that I envy and does such a wonderful job of capturing the essence of Felix's conflicting experiences being the "brother sestra" of a growing number of clones, here with his almost melancholy expression and play of shadow and light from the clone genetic sequence.

Why this piece is awesome: Helena was my favorite clone and this piece vividly captures one of my favorite interactions, between Helena and her spirit guide/imaginary friend. This is so bright and colorful and I love the particular angle here. All of the colorful askewness reflects Helena's personality to a tee.

Why this piece is awesome: Orphan Black is a show in which the main characters are clones, all played by the same actress. This is a beautifully done montagesque piece that showcases Sarah and the other clones and lets each of their personalities bleed through with a loose, simple and sketchy style. Other than chibis this is probably my favorite kind of art.
