Why this piece is awesome: I love the clean lines and geometry in the stylized way the artist's painted Bortus. Brilliant use of hard-edged planes of colour to convey 3D solidity - and Bortus is certainly massive and solid. Also a perfect likeness. You can see the detail especially well in the close-up under the main artwork.

Why this piece is awesome: It's a straightforward massive poster of the whole show - all the characters and all the space ships. This is to introduce The Orville TV show as I've been enjoying it and I'm reccing Orville art this week. It's a good reference as they're all named, and excellent likenesses. Some nice details are captured, like Malloy and LeMarr fist-bumping, Alara with the pickle jar, and Bortus with the karaoke mic. The pic's hi-res, so you can click through to see really close-up details.
