Why this piece is awesome: The Major Arcana with Hades characters. I have been told by people familiar with tarot that the subjects correspond better with the name of each of the cards than their meaning, but they do fit the names very well. Each card is fantastic, they are all very detailed and vibrant. I especially love the sheer power of Athena as Justice striding through the storm, the ferocity of Cerberus guarding the gate on the Tower, and upside-down Skelly as the Hanged Man.
