Why this piece is awesome: A few years ago this artist posted a series of great drawings of the Fabulous Killjoys that unfortunately weren't scanned, only photographed. I've always wished for them to post better versions some day and last summer they finally did.

This is such a fabulous series of portraits of the Killjoys. I love their expressions and the level of details in their outfits. The constraints of the square outline the artist has fitted all the characters into makes for some very interesting poses. Poses that fit the characters perfectly.

I'm so happy this series of works have finally been posted in good quality versions!

Why this piece is awesome: I love the way these two pieces work together. They're like the concentrated essence of the differences in Gerard's life and relationships in the two stories. The body language and faces and colouring, all of it highlights how different life is in the Zones compared to the City, and how different Korse and Frank are.

Why this piece is awesome: This is one of my favourite art works from the first wave of this year's

bandombigbang. I love all the little details and the characters' postures and faces. They stand very well on their own but they also helped me visualise the characters and immerse myself even more in the story and the style fits the steampunk feel of it so well.
