Why this piece is awesome: This month's recs are as much for the canon as the fanart. Deadloch is a dark and cracky Aussie crime comedy TV series. Two of the key protagonists are Eddie Redcliffe and Dulcie Collins (the tall one). They're the local law, in a small town with a big lesbian community where the men keep getting killed. Eddie's very much a character, and at one point she pads her shoes with cardboard soles when the weather gets colder, hence this drawing. I love the show, and these characters, to bits.
