Why this piece is awesome: Tanaudel posted a series of 70+ whimsical Dalek sketches called The Dalek Game, each featuring famous works of literature reimagined -- with Daleks! So there is "I, Dalek" and "Harry Dalek" and "Pride and Prejudice and Daleks".... Choosing just one was hard! But I think a good representative is the gentle whimsy and menace of The Dalek at Pooh Corner. Tanaudel captures the style of Shephard's Winnie-the-Pooh illustrations with the spare lines and use of space. I love the way Piglet is reacting to the Dalek: it leaves open the question of whether this is a *bad* Dalek, or if Piglet and Dalek are very good friends who have adventures together *g*
