ldhenson did a spectacular series of fandom paper-cut snowflakes. You know, the kind where you fold the paper into triangles and cut out designs... which in this case is a lovely intricate ship's wheel adorned with cellos/violas, evocative of the friendship between Jack and Stephen. It's a simple, repetitive design (being a snowflake), but it's an absolutely perfect symbol for canon as well, the ocean and culture combining, like the best graphic logos. /fails at words, waves hands descriptively
