Why this piece is awesome: I love the busy yet comfortable atmosphere. Twilight Sparkle is eating, reading and dictating the very important letter to Princess Celestia at the same time, and a very dapper Spike, munching away on rock candy, is duly taking notes. There's lots of lovely details in this too, like the bag bursting with notes, the crumbs that are flying everywhere, or Twilight Sparkle's sensitive footwear.

Why this piece is awesome: Happy Sunday! I'm looking through Thor fandom this month, and I should probably warn you that I can be comics oriented. And that my favourite subjects in this fandom tend to be the ladies. Also the super sincere son of Odin, but yeah. Mostly the ladies. Today we have the best of most worlds with a Thor/Jane illustration that would not be at all out of place on the cover of a romance novel? And I mean that as such a compliment. I'm always in awe of people who can make genre conventions work for them. Thor's manly physique and pretty hair, the way Jane gazes intently into his eyes as his cape wraps around them both and frames the piece at the same time....It makes a girl want to yell OMG KISS HER at her monitor. You'll know what I mean.
