Why this piece is awesome: Last time I mentioned the affinity for taking on 'shippy moments; next to Damon and Elena dancing together during 1.19 Miss Mystic Falls, this sexy early promo pic may be the most tackled. I like this interpretation the best of the many I've seen, for the willingness to stretch out the space used and play with the facial expressions in a way that's pretty, despite not being true to the original reference, and the great use of shading values.

Why this piece is awesome: Mikeyway and Frank all cuddled up while reading The Umbrella Academy. What's not to love?

This is a disarmingly sweet interpretation of the pairing. Canonically, Frank is a total bookworm, so it's definitely grin-inducing to see his enthusiasm in sharing his book with his boyfriend. The artist gets all the props for the details of Frank's tattoos as well.
