Why this piece is awesome: It's a super neat entry for the #ArtisSmart challenge that Gerard ran earlier this year on his Twitter account. Made out of candies, coffee, rice, sugar and spices, I think of this piece as a great entry for the month of October. All the sugar and goodies being part of Halloween celebrations made it more fitting.

At once odd (the combination of materials is quirky as hell) and interesting (there's a lot of texture), this is a fanart that deserves to be recced. :)
