Why this piece is awesome: This is an adorable, friendshippy or femslashy piece containing some of super fandom's favourite things. It captures a moment of casual use of Jess' powers, and mundane downtime activities. A lot gets said about Jessica and Carol's relationship, in not that many lines.

Why this piece is awesome: This is such a great depiction of Party Poison. The mad grin, the exaggerated pose, and the shameless delight in violence, it all fits the larger than life personality of the leader of the Killjoys. And I love the rich, yet dirty colour palette.

Why this piece is awesome: Lovely example of traditional superhero fanart. But not *too* traditional in the gratuitous cheesecake sense - closed zipper and everything. I love the sassy pose, the interpretation of her most recent comics uniform, and the reflective glimmers throughout. Lots of artists aren't sure what to do with all the shine in Natasha's uniform.
