Why this piece is awesome: Controlled and clear lines make this a very to-the-point and sexy 7-pages comic. Pandora doesn't shy from graphic details while keeping things simple and draws both character beautifully. Their expressions is porn perfect and captivating, and Pandora-gold excels at rendering in a few lines a kink like spanking that relies so much on movement. Last, I love how she used screentones to make choice elements (usually naked skin) pop up that much more from clothes by contrast.

Why this piece is awesome: chkc is known in SGA fandom for adorable chibis, but she also does excellent realistic-style art as well, and this is one of my favorites, from last year's sgareversebang. There's something about the combination of utterly macabre, impossibly cute and just plain surreal in this painting that really draws me. There's also a fantastic sgareversebang story to accompany it: Do Sheppards Dream of Electric Sheep? by nny. (The link goes to the page with both art and story.)

Why this piece is awesome: Oh, shit, Lindsey. There's no way I can read this but as his dream, way down in the mineshaft of his Id where I'm not supposed to see, where I'm not allowed, where maybe not even Lindsey himself can see. But that's what he wants out of Angel, right there in ruthless colour, and I do not mean the porn and the nakedness; those are practically irrelevant as far as I'm concerned. I mean the want. The expression on Angel's face. He wants to matter, he wants to be that important, and sometimes, painfully briefly, he even thinks he is, but he never will be. Joss fucking Whedon, man. It's all right there on the show, under their clothes. I don't even parse this as porny slash. It's pure character study. On a technical note, I love the way the lighting emphasizes Angel's paleness. That's clever.
